Karen Kelly is a New Jersey native who loves sports, music, traveling, baking, her 2 cats Smokey & Plinko, and spending time with her husband and son. After spending many years working in higher education in a variety of capacities, including admissions & recruitment, communications & marketing, and athletics, she left to focus on developing TTH. She currently manages the day-to-day operations of the organization in addition to leading the Board of Directors. Sean Kelly, Vice President & Treasurer
Sean Kelly, a Chicago native, is 12 years into his career in the sports and entertainment industry and currently serving as the University Ticketing Manager at George Washington University. Previously, he worked with the Phoenix Coyotes organization of the NHL and with Oklahoma State University and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi athletics. Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, and in particular, sports, traveling and listening to old school rock and roll music together. Donnie Bielak, a New Jersey native, possesses a decade of experience in the electric power industry as an employee of PJM Interconnection in Valley Forge, PA since 2004. Currently, he holds the position of Reliability Engineer and is responsible for managing the high-voltage electricity grid to ensure reliability for more than 60 million people across 13 states. Donnie enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as playing baseball at a competitive level. Becky Britz, an Indiana native and Michigan transplant, possesses nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector with various organizations. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Then Comes Family, an online community for individuals who are growing and expanding their families. Becky enjoys spending time with her husband Brian, their four dogs and eight cats, and enjoying the beauty of West Michigan in all four seasons- sometimes which occur in the same day.
