Comfort Kits are provided free of charge and can be picked up from our office in Edgewater, MD. If you need it to be mailed, there is a $6 fee to help offset the cost of shipping. To request a kit to be mailed, click the button below. Your kit will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Thank you!
