For many, sharing your personal story, emotions and grief can be a source of comfort or help with the healing process. Therefore, we want to provide the opportunity for your story to be told in a way that is meaningful to you. Go ahead and express yourself in whatever way feels right – share your story (or an update), a photo, a blog post, artwork, a poem, or any other form of self expression. It should, however, be your own personal material.
This space is meant to be open and creative; however all submissions will be reviewed before posting to ensure appropriate content. To submit your self expression, please send the following items to firstname.lastname@example.org – Your name as you want it to appear (you can also leave blank or put anonymous), any relevant information such as your location, your loss date, etc that you want included (it’s ok not to put anything), and your piece of self expression (attachments are welcomed).
